God is Faithful!
In the country of
Armenia, in 1988, Samuel and Danielle sent their young son, Armand, off to
school. Samuel squatted before his son and looked him in the eye. "Have a good
day at school, and remember, no matter what, I’ll always be there for you." They
hugged and the boy ran off to school.

Greeting
The Son of God proclaimed to you
was never Yes and No;
with him it was always Yes.
That is why it is through Christ
that we say our Yes to God.
May the Spirit of Jesus be always with you.

This Sunday we have the third of the extracts from the Sermon on the Mount. I would advise that you stay with the full passage for this Sunday, even though a “shorter form” is allowed; we never know which section of a passage will touch us or the people with whom we are sharing.
