If Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) succeeds in launching 104 satellites at one go on Wednesday, the country's nearly half-a-century-old space programme will create a new world record and take a giant leap in space technology.

1. Hard cases make bad law: An old legal saying goes “Hard cases make bad law,” because a good lawyer can justify the overturning of any principle when circumstances are difficult enough. Pro-abortion groups have used the “hard cases” to negate the American tradition of valuing individual life, and have succeeded in imposing abortion on demand on the United States through the courts.
